Pre-Production Inspection is conducted before manufacturing begins to verify that raw materials, components, production equipment, and manufacturing processes are prepared in accordance with the approved specifications and contractual requirements.

This inspection confirms that the supplier is ready to commence production and helps identify potential issues at an early stage, minimizing the risk of costly production delays or product quality issues.

Scope of Inspection

• Review of production readiness: Confirming the factory is ready to begin manufacturing on schedule.
• Assessment of manufacturing capability: Reviewing setup and tooling configurations.
