During Production Inspection is carried out while manufacturing is in progress, typically when 20% to 80% of production has been completed. It provides an assessment of product quality, workmanship, and production consistency, allowing non-conformities to be identified and corrected before the entire run is completed.

Conducting inspections during production allows manufacturers to implement corrective actions early, preventing delayed shipments and ensuring uniform quality across the entire batch.
